THE ROLE:

‍

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee the delivery of office fit-out projects up to £500K. You will manage the full project lifecycle—working closely with clients, designers, contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in commercial interiors, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage multiple office fit-out projects simultaneously from inception to completion.

‍

• Oversee all project phases: planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and final handover.

‍

• Manage budgets, cost tracking and financial reporting to ensure profitability.

‍

• Develop and monitor project programmes to achieve key milestones and completion dates.

‍

• Coordinate and manage contractors, suppliers and consultants on site.

‍

• Act as the main client liaison, providing regular updates and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.

‍

• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, building regulations and Loop Interiors’ quality standards.

‍

• Identify and mitigate risks whilst resolving any project issues promptly.

‍

• Conduct final project reviews, ensuring successful client handover and satisfaction.
