This includes working closely with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for implementing best-practice processes, monitoring risk, and driving continuous improvement across the office.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience in high-end commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, capable of balancing strategic oversight with hands-on project delivery. This role offers the opportunity to shape the growth of the London office and make a lasting impact on the business.

• Own project financials at a portfolio level, including budget setting, cost tracking, forecasting, and profitability analysis across the office.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, ensuring milestones and completion dates are achieved while balancing resources across multiple projects.
• Build, mentor, and manage the project delivery team, ensuring staff development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants, setting standards, reviewing performance, and resolving escalated issues.
• Act as the senior client contact, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring expectations are exceeded, and representing the business professionally.
• Drive compliance and quality across all projects, including health & safety legislation, building regulations, and internal standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, implementing solutions at both project and office levels to prevent issues escalating.
• Review project outcomes and performance, implementing lessons learned to continuously improve delivery processes and client satisfaction.
PACKAGE:
• £120K - £140K + Commission (% of GP on each project)
• Private Health Care and various other benefits
• Opportunity to work on high-profile office fit-out projects.
